How can I level up faster doing missions

Do you mean leveling up as far as what type/difficulty missions? Or do you mean your actual player's level in the game? I guess in any case, it's the same answer. Just keep accepting and successfully completing the missions you …

Just keep accepting and successfully completing the missions you get. You'll actually level up fairly quickly doing missions because the missions will assign you great targets specific to your level and skills, therefore you get great XP.
At your level and age, you're probably still in the missions from George. Soon you'll start getting missions from Anonymous, and then from the Duke after that.
You only get one new mission per day, so take your time and make sure you can complete them.
When your missions start having you attack people, unless the mission tells you to do otherwise, Leave the target (versus mugging them or hospitalizing them). This will give you the best XP and will help you level up your player faster.
