Certificates are purple in the Spin the Wheel section of the Casino. Certificates are seen as trash, and are usually sold or thrown away. The description for the Certificate of Lame gave me the idea for certificates having purpose, as it can be shown at stores for possibilities of getting goodies
Certificate of Lame: Beer bottle, sleeping pills(puts you to sleeps, and gets you a small/medium amount of happiness) and a grenade if pulled puts you in the hospital(can get you out of prison maybe? idk)
I dont have any ideas for the other certificates, but thats the basic point.
