I'm just curious if anyone knows if busting yourself out of jail gives any crime experience and or if it's worth doing or if I'm better off saving the nerve for arson crimes?

Busting gives a little crime experience, so I would say yes, when u busk urself out as well.
Self bust do give some crime exp, but it's not worth the try, imo. Given how much nerve it needs.
