who is allowed to chat with you ??

the one where anyone can chat with you is fine..
the one with only people who you know or have met.. how does the computer know we have met.
your coding can't be that clever to know everyone i have ever met.
you could change to it too. anyone i have had prior contact with or friends that have me on their friends list
