How come Im in the hospital when im at full heath? This is kind of weird because i was hospitalized around 6 hours ago...

Your health will regenerate in 1.5 hours but you can be hospitalized for much longer. While 7 hours hosp time requires a lot of boosts it’s not impossible.
You're in the hospital for another 39 minutes. You don't leave the hospital automatically when your life refills, the only things that get you out are medical items, revives, or the time running out.
