FHG gives the best ROI. At around 700m for a BB, you'll get what your money worth in around 3-4 years.
HRG comes as second best.
It depends if you plan to be a trader or simply reap the benefits from them. But the rule of thumb is items > dividends.
However, as I always suggest this, is to start by having TCHS and LSC first. They are cheap but they give out med packs and lottery voucher that are steady in price. So you can sell them or keep them for NW.
