Ever since I increased my awareness a few weeks ago I don't think I've had a single city find. I used to find something every couple of days before I increased it. But there seems to be a correlation between when I increased it and when I stopped finding things.

Really sorry to waste your time if this is normal.

Awareness is currently working as intended I'm afraid.

The City finds graph appears to be going back to normal as well:
