It's real simple, dude. Either post in trade/your global/npc chat or go to the newpaper and put up a posting detailing what you're looking for in a guy or girl to get married. Trade/global/npc is free but might get you bountied for asking while the newspaper just costs some money to put your name out there.
Best way to get married is to let people know you're not looking to move into their house/P.I. or anything and you just want someone who's willing to hang with you for the merits.
There's no forum for being married by the way, so don't bother making anymore threads.
