Just wondering if there is an experience Bar, or how the whole leveling up system works with the best result to level up faster?

There is technically ways to see your exp bar. You can travel to China once you reach level 15 and pay the fortune teller a small fee to tell you how close you are to the next level. There is also a special in the game shop that tells you. The best way to level up fast is to attack and leave targets that are high level but have low stats.
