Hi
I had this mission where Duke sends in the safe to crack the code from a suspect, once I got the code after interrogation and after I enter the code in the safe, the safe disappeared as well as the items from the safe also disappeared.. Now I'm unable to complete the mission as its still showing to open the safe and deliver the contents

Please take a loog again - item is actually still in your inventory (Duke's Herpes Medication).

Me too! I have same issue today!.
I got the code after interrogation and after I enter the code in the safe, the safe disappeared as well as the items from the safe also disappeared.. Now I'm unable to complete the mission as its still showing to open the safe and deliver the contents
