It's not a bug but it is an issue

One of the mods made me change my name so it fit the guidelines, said he'd change my name for free but never replied when I IM'd him so I just changed my own name and asked him to refund my 100 points... well he hasn't responded and the other staff guy was zero help so can somebody please just refund my points?
