    I think it's clear enough personally. A high tier. It may not be very specific, but assuming the issue with it has been fixed, I think it's pretty obvious. 1 = low 2 = mid 3 = high

Equip "higher tier" mods.

Some players have told me that means level 3 and higher. Can the description be changed to something less ambiguous?

1 = low
2 = mid
3 = high

I have an Adjustable Trigger "x2 speed on first turn" does that mean 2 times the speed or does x2 mean that its a mid?
