Code Competition Raffle

This is a code competition where you decipher four different levels of codes. Each code has a rule I use to alter the alphabet to change the position of the letters to replace in the sentence. For example,

Structure of Competition:

1. Entry: Before I release the codes, you must send me a message that you are participating, then send me 5 points for one entry, 100 beers for 1 entry, 1 Xanax for five ten entries, 1 million for 6 12 and when someone wants to give items worth less or more I will insert the information into here. On the designated time, I will send the code to everyone who has sent me a message. Once the code has been released, no-one else can enter.
2. The first person to send either the changed alphabet or the solved sentences to me will get the first-place prize. Everyone who enters will participate in a raffle of another prize. Everyone that sends me the solved alphabet/sentences will participate in a pool of the entry items sent to me to participate in this competition.
3. Both raffles depend on how many entries you make to increase your chance to win a prize thing.
4. Each code's solution can only be sent to me within two days I send the code out. I will release the encrypted code in this forum
5. I will announce the winners a day after I send them the prize.

Prizes and Codes:
Code 1: Easy, one rule change. Prize: 1st finish = 1 million. Participation Raffle: 1 million
Code 2: Medium, two rule changes. Prize: 1st finish; 2 million. Participation Raffle: 2 million
Code 3: Hard, two rule changes and 1 other change. Prize: 1st finish; 3 million. Participation Raffle: 3 million
Code 4: Impossible (not really), two rule changes and 2 other changes. Prize: 1st finish; 4 million. P.Raffle: 4 million

I know that I can't explain well, so please tell me and I will fix this. This is my first time doing this, so please go easy on me.

You don't explain well isn't the issue. The issue is that you are making people pay the exact same as the prize is. Of course they would rather keel their money then try and win only their money back. 

You are just using this to try and get some free Xanax.

This type of code cipher is called a Caesar cipher. And it's terribly easy to break.

Type F12 and paste this into your console.
