My current booster cool down is 05:39:52 but when I try to eat a lollipop, I get the message "You're full up. You'll have to wait 00:00:00 before you can eat another."

I'm pretty sure this happens if you don't actually have any of the item left.

Yes, I was out of the item. I had just never seen that message before. It was confusing.
