"Error 1: User does not exist." error

Android App v0.2.13

I recently changed the email on my account. Now every time I load up the app from scratch, I see a white screen with the following error message on the top in plain text.

"{"success":"False","error_text":"Error 1: User does not exist. Please enter the correct email address and password"}"

I've tried clearing cache. In order to fix the issue, I just have to click the home button at the bottom and it loads properly.

I haven't reinstalled the app, but I imagine that would solve it. Still wanted to bring this to your attention, and hopefully it can be fixed without an app reinstall.

There have been a lot of reports on this! It happened to me a lot and I actually just uninstalled and reinstalled the app about an hour ago and I havent seen the message yet! I highly suggest reinstalling the app. I wish I would've been told to reinstall like 4 months ago when I first reported this.... ps. I hope staff reads this comment and advises everybody to reinstall the app as clearing the cache does not help.

@OP — I've edited the title of your bug report for clarity, and included the App version at the top of your bug report.

Confirming that reinstalling has fixed the issue.

Only the email was changed.

Just got this error message for the first time on my fresh install.

{"success":"False","error_text":"Error: Email or password incorrect. Check CAPS LOCK; passwords are case sensitive"}

Same screen. Pressing the home button took me to the home page with no issues
