Something I noticed in the Missions menu looking through my missions I almost declined a mission, but didn't and clicked no. then when ever I looked at another missions, the question, do you want to decline this mission?, along side the normal accept vs decline mission buttons popped up. Clicking the first decline button, but not the confirm results in every other decline button being pressed.
