Hello. I would like to check the reason why my bookie was refunded.

Event : Your $xxx UKM (Match Odds) bet on Malaysian Premier League - Sarawak v UKM was refunded 15:00:36 19/06/19

Let me know if you need any further information.

Thank you in advance

It has been refunded because Betfair has done this, for whatever reason — likely they had made a mistake when the match was added.

We cannot do anything unfortunately. However, we are in the process of setting up a new provider and moving away from Betfair at some point in the future, which should likely resolve stuff like this happening.

Thanks.
