What are the Gym Gain bars? does it just show the amount you will gain at that gym? is there caps on stats? Im having a discussion with someone that said he was capped on his dexterity in the second gym.....

It shows you what stat you gain the highest in said gym.
It’s not a stat cap. In some gyms you are able to do all stats and others you will not be able to do a certain stat. The one gym I’m at doesn’t allow you to work out Dex but you can do Speed, Power, and Defense.
