My son is autistic, this is not the behavior of someone who is autistic, it is the behavior of one jackbag pointlessly harassing another. Not sure why people use the term "autistic" to describe someone they find annoying or stupid. It's lazy, there are so many more accurate and creative terms out there. Jackbag is a good one, ya f**king jackbag.
