Maybe upgrade some lower class cars?
Is there any other way to get racing points ? Since my wreck ive been stuck in 5th or 6th place

I have cars in every class fully upgraded for each track.
I do Custom races now exclusively as I simply don't need any more points and I hate the hour wait for the Official (short) race to start.
Keep racing and eventually you will get tons of excess points, like me & archimede, but then you lose that fun part of the game: planning your upgrade strategy and agonising over which car to upgrade. Or maybe you should be saving points for when you go up a class?
Points become pointless after a point (haha). Its like completing all Educations...you miss it when its gone.
