alcohol timer - no countdown

maxed out cd on alcohol, get this message

You've had enough alcohol for now. You'll have to wait 00:00:00 before you can drink another.

as you can see the countdown is at zero. my cd is currently maxed, but there is zero time before drinking another, this should be counting down?

I couldn't replicate this.

Does it still occur for you, or perhaps it was a temporary issue?

If you are using doctorn quick items and run out of beer that is what happens, which can be a bug report in itself
