Work Stats focus?

Hi there!

I'm finally starting to look for new companies to work in and I wanted to know if I should always aim to balance out my work stats or if I should focus in 1 or 2 of them.
It seems to me that it's a waste of time to try to balance them out but at some point I wanted to take the standard jobs and although they increase all 3 stats it is way slower than working in a Company.

I think it really depends on the company / position you want to work for in the long run, all companies have different positions that require a mix of different stats. It seems like a long journey but if you stay in player companies till you can fast track Education then use Education to train yourself for the other useful/merit giving jobs (Law, Medical, and Army), by the time you're done with those you'll have at least 10k in each stat and probably a better idea of which player company you want to be in.
