When you board your flight using the WLT benefit block you are greeted with this message:

A little misleading, as you are being given alcohol. My suggestion would be to make the champagne provided give you the appropriate boost in Nerve, or add the Champagne to your inventory.
A small but welcoming benefit to keeping the stock, instead of using it in stock market gambles. Even with how strong the stock can be, many players do not take to flying, leaving little chance for abuse, while giving the active flyers a little more use out of it.
