Perhaps because you didn't pay the previous day? Can you page a screenshot of the entire page?

Why is it that sometimes that my spouse and I are charged 2X for upkeep in the same day?

The example above, I paid it current at 4:32 am. But then 7 hours later at 11:50 am, it was do again.

Then look at the 18th... I paid at 00:17, and again at almost Noon. Why am I being charged twice in the same day?!

Looking at it you paid on the 16th and 18th but not on the 17th, so my guess is you paid on the 18th just before the update ran and property charges got added again, it's not done at midnight TCT

Upkeep falls due at about 0630tct, rent at 0330
