1. When do the items restock overseas? 1 hour or 30 minutes? 2. What affects it? (may be a stupid question) E.g. items in huge amount can delay restock rate or so on.
The rate of restock is based on the amount of time it took to sell out completely, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour ie. xx:15 xx:30 etc.
I believe it to be 1/3 or 1/4 of the total time, so if it took 2 hours to sell out it will be restocked in 30 minutes, if it sold out at xx:02 it would be restocked at xx:45. A larger total capacity (xanax) will increase the restock time as it will increase the total amount of time it takes to sell due to the limited carry capacity each players has
