What are the best ways to hosp yourself? The three ways i know how are:

1 using the wrong blood bag (not an option for me unfortunately... AB+)

2 SED parcel (expensive for a noob @ about $3m)

3 slutting losses (makes money but costs E)

What else is out there?

You can actually start it for as low as $1 :) but this is probably the best way. If you do it enough you can shoot 3x, making it pretty likely you'll lose.

Or do a crime that can put you in hospital and hope to fail it. A bit random though, and obviously still costs nerve.

Do not do this, failing a crime will set you back and you can loose your nerve doing that, I was doing exactly that, and lost nerve and i still have not made up for the nerve that was lost.

Attack a higher level you know you will lose too and that will hosp you.

Were you jailed or hosped?
Getting hosped never loses your Crime XP and hence nerve.

But either way a terrible advice.

Assassinate Mob Boss Crime, at your level you're going lose your footing on the roof and fall off, ending up in Hospital

it's not guaranteed fail for everyone, but has good hospital time

While I know he is joking you can actually abuse this. When you see it is about to land on a hosp spot leave the casino page before it stops spinning. Then you will be fine, just don't click the casino page again till you need to be hosped, the hosp will come through then, even days later.
