This is a crime game, and Ched has said previously that he likes the game to reflect real life a bit In real life crimes are a matter of public record. The public has a right to know. I think the citizens of Torn deserve the same rights.
The entries don't have to be elaborate: Name & ID # - Offense - Punishment
Each week Ched, Bogie and staff are handling bans, removal of money, multi's, committee leaks and feds, etc and many go un-noticed. Yes, when it's big names then we have the trollers on a roll and Sugarvalves tends to make a showing, but there's lots of others that go un-noticed.
This is sort of an example, though it did come to light eventuallyL an active player by the name of Abdullah has gone AWOL and his networth has plummeted. In a thread in the forums the theory is related to RMT, but would think then he'd be fedded. There would still be discussion and heck perhaps even more fodder for more discussions -- forum drama, which we know Ched loves. Let's be an educated Torn Populace and know who the "bad" guys are.. If there's a harassment issue, then of course don't share names of the harassed.
A weekly Mug Sheet of "Criminals" and their "offenses" will make others think twice, or at least we'll have our facts straight, the better to discuss it in the forums.
AND this Mug Sheet should also list the acquitted: those that were punished wrongfully, so we clear their names.
