I have a player that has been harassing me so I got a few friends to help me out and blocked them now they are using bounties and their friends to continue the harassment for them what should I do about this?

If by harassing you mean something more serious than that.. Such as racial / sexual slurs for example. Then you should report them to staff.

Yeah they are sending me harassing messages I understand that the attacking and bounties are part of the game but getting hateful messages is bs

Whoever replies to your report, will not tell you how severe their punishment is and all, if you're trying to figure out how much they're gonna get it, but nonetheless its not of matter, they'll get their treatments and you can go on merry way not expecting anymore of these messages - though if you do, then report once more.

have you added them both to your blocked and ignore list?
Ignore list is found at messages > Ignore List
They will not be able to communicate with you in any way if you add them to your ignore list. not through mail, chat or even bounty reasons.

BOUNTY REASON WAS NOT INCLUDED DUE TO AN IGNORE BEING IN PLACE

Thanks for the advice
Either wait it out, report the harassing messages (all of them), or hire other players to kill them. Your options are fairly limited as far as maintaining game play. I highly suggest choosing the report or ignore options.
