I remember when i started torn. I literaly thought if i buy a license i can drive thru torn and the game would finally start.

Hahahaha p.s. u dont need one it does nothing for u. And if u do get one and do ur first race u will think........wtf 1984???

Technically correct! The best kind of correct!

I think you need the driving license to do the GTA crimes Krastinov, so not totally useless heh

To be fair, all that education stuff is a bit hazy as it was a fair while ago for me.
