What would you want with a pair of Torn pants?
You can buy a thong for about $7.5m, or perhaps if that's too revealing you could pick up some speedos for just under $5k. Of course, these items are used.

Thanks for the Leather Pants.. but.. I need something that prevent me from "Nudist" title
title change not an immediate effect, takes couple days doing a particular task before changing
trade a lot => trader,
search dump => scavenger
etc. etc.

The "nudist" title is given as out of all of your attributes, you rank highest in unarmoured attacks. But your so new to the game, your title will be subject to change quite quickly.
If you don't want to be a nudist, then put some armour on so that you don't rack up any more unarmoured attacks. Here's some more info on titles

This apparent ungratefulness is why many players see no benefit to helping others. I hope this is down to a language barrier.
