Kinda new to the game, so a lot of questions, wondering why some people will opt for revival from brain surgeon, when they can buy opium for much lesser and can remove all hospital time?
And can someone advise me a good and reliable method to earn money?

1) Whenever you take a drug you get a drug cooldown which prevents you from taking more drugs. Overdosing on certain drugs further extends that cooldown. For example xanax overdose gives a 24hr drug cooldown, so to be able to take opium you would need to wait 24 hrs. Some people just don't want to waste that much time and energy.

2) Get to level 15, start importing flowers and plushies. You could also sell losses for a quick buck in the mean time but its not a recommended long term way to earn cash as you stall your stat gain and progress.
