What's s good way go get my endurance up besides working at my job. All my other stats are going up so quickly any ideas?

I see you are working at the casino, I would suggest as soon as you are able to you switch to the city education job. As you are promoted there you will be able to spend job points to increase the work stat of your choice. As a bonus once you reach the principal level you will earn a bonus of 10% time reduction on all future education courses, which you will keep even after you leave the education job.
