Faction Attacking Logs Error

I was attacking someone, and when I was hitting leave I was hosped by a bounty hunter, this lead to the no logs out of the ordinary in my events, but lead to the faction attacking logs reading as underbutler attacked underbutler (+1.29), as shown in the screenshot, with the time of the attack being when the killing blow was on me. Here's the attack log.

Not sure what's going on here.

Perhaps Pavel needs to add additional logging to catch this now?

It's happened in another report too.

I'm noticing a pattern, not sure if it will help but this seems to be happening when an attack is initiated by a victim and finished whilst they are also being attacked.
