I personally think there shouldn't be an option to to bet on draw instead people should get their initial bet amount money back in case of a draw but that's another can of worm I don't wanna open. So many …

Where does it say that If a team won on Tie breaker penalty shootout I lose all my money ? It's wasn't a draw. Arsenal didn't win. Where's my money ?

Draw
Arsenal
It means that the result is taken after the main time.

If a team won on tie breaker penalties it means it was a tie at the end of 90 mins, which is the result you’re betting on. Otherwise why tf is the the option to bet on draw.

For all games, unless specified otherwise, you bet on the result at the end of regulation time. It’s even more obvious when there’s an option to bet on draw.

So many matches go into overtime and penalties but those are never taken into consideration. That's brilliant.

They are taken into consideration. They payout on draw.

Thats your opinion, I personally think there should be an option to bet on draw. Lots of matches end up in draws too, taking out draws would just mean getting rid of all those matches.

It was 5 - 5 at the end of the 90 minutes. Bets with a draw option mean for 90 minutes (this does include stoppage / injury time) of play regardless of Extra Time / Penalties, and always has done. Otherwise, there would be no point including it. It is also how it works on any betting sites, including Betfair, which is what is currently being used by TORN to get the data / odds.

It is certainly unfortunate, but the bet was not for the winner of the game and simply for the result at the end of the 90 minutes!
