Going by the number of cannabis used and the number of spaced out merits, you can consider yourself pretty lucky if you get it in under 3k cannabis.

indeed but the 'manic' cannabis addicts are a statistical outlier and would have very little effect on the overall rate. :)
I got mine at 56 cannabis used. OD'd on April 20th, and the event for that day increases the odds of overdose.
