Just adding on to this, their defense needs to be at least 14x your strength to mitigate an attack.
Does no one know this? Damn, I pretty much hit their body but no damage it only says mitigated but they can hit me is it their stat?

Totally freaked out when a level 1 keeps mitigating my attack, I thought Jesus is the only level 1 level holder but there are more. thank you all, lesson learned

Is Jesus actually the strongest crazy person level holder? I know he is famous for a lot of crazy shit outstanding achievements but maybe not that. He is a crazy person devotee of the SSL religion and this means it is unlikely he is the strongest level1. There's bound to be another crazy person level holding purist that takes drugs as well.

That means that you give 0 damage becose is to weak or the ennemy has to much defense

Don't get me wrong people, all I thought is that I can't damage a level 1. it only keeps mitigating, first I thought that it's my items, then I tried a different target when I've beaten that target then I know it was my stats but it's my first time experience having someone mitigate your attack so I freaked out cause I thought that Jesus is the only level 1 holder -_-
