- thin squares of gelatin (commonly referred to as window panes)
- tablet form (usually small tablets known as Microdots) or capsules
- liquid on sugar cubes
- pure liquid form (may be extremely potent)
You can get it in its purest form in crystal. But it's EXTREMELY potent like this and is liquefied and put onto blotter, sugar cubes or necco candy wafers.

LSD is a liquid and can come in any forum. It's just commonly a blotter. Good try though.
You need to take more lsd my friend. Its mainly a liquid anyway so basically you can drip it on a dirty boot, eat it and trip. That is if you're into dirty boots and lsd.

Lsd can come in tabs pills crystals liquid...intraveniously..blotter...tons of "LSD" out there now is actually things like 2ci,2ct or 2cb ect ect...if you dont know the mushroom high you might think its real lsd...
