Thought this happens when energy/nerve information gets updated every 15 mins, but somehow it doesn't happen at all.

At first it becomes like this...

...and then it becomes like this when there's nothing done to it (no refresh, etc.)

I've been able to reproduce this on both desktop and mobile versions of Torn.

I have the same issue, keeps switching to mobile view, on win 7 64bit, Opera Version:64.0.3417.92 screen res is 1920x1200.
Doing it randomly all the time, switching to mobile then back to normal, side bars not loading properly when switched back to normal and when in the mobile view all links are spread horizontally across the top of the page :(
Refresh puts it normal but keeps doing it
