TL;DR, Tell newbies the black function bar is slide-able.

A more productive New Players suggestion about the current mobile Torn app.
I have noticed a lot of new players from NPC asking the same question over and over during my 40 days of gameplay:
" Where can i do crimes?" ,
" Where is Hall of Fame?",
" Where is Forums?"
And most of the people will answer with this :
"Are you on mobile? If yes, swipe the black bar to the left once/twice ( according to what they are looking for)"
This might seem all too primitive to all the Torn-veterans, but most newbies who have never experienced the website version will never be able to figure out there are functions than just "message", "events"...."city".
To the Developers, may we please have ( even just a little message ) to remind us new players the black function bar on the top of the screen is slide-able?
