Education in Torn city is crucial. It gets you better jobs stats, it unlocks abilities and even equips you with some quality weapons. The problem is that once all the courses are complete, it doesn’t have a use anymore. The stock block is now useless, your merits might need to be reset and a portion of the city no longer needs to be visited.
My idea is to add continuous learning classes that are repeatable. Maybe add some increases specific working or combat stats. Or maybe make it so it provides a temporary bonus, complete this 6 week course and get 2% better gym gains for the next 4 weeks. Complete this course and have your awareness doubled for a month. It might be an interesting way to add temporary bonuses or allow people to work on specific stars.
