Furniture Store's are one of the companies that allow you to trade Job Points for Battle Stats. Specifically Strength Battle Stat. Another Benefit of the Furniture Store is that it requires less work stats for it's job positions than other companies which exchange job points for battle stats. You can see that Fitness Center (Str), Mining Corp (Def), and Logistics Management (Speed), in torn wiki all have much higher work stat requirements, making these other companies inefficient for new players. Furniture Store can hire new players as Apprentice and get value out of them relatively quickly. And after 1-2 months of trains (or less if you focus on training them alone) move these new players into Sales Clerk position.
Being able to utilize new players in a company is a great benefit.
Besides trading Job Points for Strength battle stats, Furniture Stores also include:

Coffee Break: 3 Energy per used job point -- exchangeable for up to 300 additional energy a day

My Furniture Store is fully upgraded, the 10/10 employees verifies this in part, the upgrades for Furniture Store are not terribly expensive, final upgrades ranging from 375k to 1.5 mil, though I can send screenshots as proof if requested.
I'm Asking for 520 Million or Best Offer. I believe this reflects the time saved in purchasing an already established store, which always involves at least months and effort. It also reflects that to reach a higher rating faster, any Director needs to expend a certain amount of capital into advertising, and you will be saving yourself not only on the effort required, but you will save the money you would have spent advertising a new company from scratch.
I will wait at least a week for offers, unless I am offered the full 520 million I am asking. Mail responses preferred over chats.
