My idea is that game could use some kind of item combos.
Imo best examples are:
- Bikini / Speedo / Wetsuit
- Flippers
- Snorkel
- Harpoon
- person based face mask like: Old Lady, Nun mask, Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Ginger Kid, etc.
- Chainsaw
- Pantyhose
- Pair of High Heels / Riding Crop
I am not sure about numbers, which would somewhat ballance loss on helmet and some armor items.

- The wet dream (when full set used gives +50% damage versus Fish-people and a 10% chance of gaining Trout upon defeating an opponent)
- Bikini / Speedo / Wetsuit
- Flippers
- Snorkel
- Harpoon
- Revenge on the bullies (+10% dmg when users HP is not full) - name isn't perfect...
- person based face mask like: Old Lady, Nun mask, Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Ginger Kid, etc.

- Hot for teacher (+ 7% dmg vs perverts - sooo +7% vs everyone - You either are one or haven't found Your fetish yet)
