I have a question regardings the item population.

For example "Greta Mask '19" it says "250".

Does that mean that every 250 masks, which are dropped into the dump, was found or that there are 250 examples of the item within the game (literally anywhere)?

So.. is there still a chance that there are masks in the dump or does that mean that every single one was found?

*edit*: So it seems like that it means that they exist "SOMEWHERE" (anywhere), including the dump.

There are 250 of them in the game. It doesn't mean that they have all been obtained.

This means they exists SOMEWHERE, I'm assuming Duke's inventory for now

Update: just saw the Duke Giveaway for today, Duke is dumping them all and giving a few away to people
