Not sure if anyone has mentioned anything like this
I think it would be a good idea to implement the element of contracts for employees to try help reduce the amount of times a company owner is forced to search for staff.
Could set montly or 3 month contracts with a fee to be paid by the company to the employee if they are fired, unless they are inactive for 3+ days.
Or a fee to be paid by the employee if they wish to leave that company before their contract has ended.
