Both. Your strength is chaneled through your gun, making your ammunition do more damage. No, it doesn't really make sense, but there it is.

You pull the trigger harder making ur bullets deal more dmg, deal with it.
Meaning the bullets actually have no gunpowder in them and guns work the same as a slingshot would.
I guess it makes sense in the nonsensical Torn universe.

I always thought you punched them with your gun and the bullets were just extra
Would make melee/weapons super OP if guns didn't follow the same logic.
