Please tell me how my weapon ended up changing Accuracy from 0 to 15.17 and 15.11 (2 swords)

this is image shows that weapon had accuracy 0

now that same weapon is in my display case with accuracy 15.17 and 15.11
i am not sure for witch one is that image, but i am sure that both was 0 accuracy

Accuracy was changed a long time ago - the minimum is 15.00 (for Rusty Swords). If it still had 0.00 this morning or yesterday, that was the bug and it has now been corrected with the Quality update today.

This is old image, it was just strange to see that value of weapon is changed...
Probably missed that update
