Hi. I need some help. I tried to go to my security panel. It asked me for the street I grew up on. I tried spelling it a few different ways (it's a two word street name), but couldn't get in.

Is there a way to reset it or something? How do I get into the security panel?

I just tried that and now I have a new password, but I still cannot access the security panel because it's still asking me for a street name that I must have mistyped or something.

So, I'm still stuck.

I didn't mention resetting your password. Once you've gone through the recovery, you should get the option to reset your security settings/questions.

I'm sorry. I'm not sure what you want me to do. I followed the link you provided and went through the steps. The only thing that is different now is the new password.
