It would be handy to have a quick, easy way to submit a report about bugs/errors you encounter without having to broadcast them on the forums, especially if the bug or error leads to an exploit.
Either we could use bugzilla or throw a little box up that automatically grabs a date/timestamp, notes the server you're on, and has a section for entering a description of the bug, a separate section for replication instructions and a checkbox that you can click that specifies whether or not the bug is repeatable.
If possible in the "replication instructions" section force the formatting into either bullet point or numbered format, in my experience as a software/hardware tester, forcing the instructions into an organized format like that tends to result in clearer and more comprehensive instructions.
