Broken Chatboxes

its the screenshot of my chat boxes, the issue are persistent and have been occurring since new year, sometime it can go days without online sometime i can sneak in a chat and it breaks down again, everything else works fine including the personal message service, only the chat boxes always breaks down. im using mozila and chrome both in laptop and phone, the issue persist. is it my internet or the chat server in general? because my internet can work just fine

One known issue that I encounter with this is having too many tabs open. This causes your browser to needlessly contact the same chat server over and over, eventually locking your chat to about 5-10 tabs (while the other tabs are placed on "hold"). Alternatively, there could be some kind of ad block plugin that is preventing you from connecting to the chat server (or similar extension). Check these out while u wait for staff to reply ;)

I can't help you with this one, sorry. I've logged into your account, and the chats work fine for me. It's either on your end or with your network or the connection between your network and nearest the CF servers.

i've honestly been having this issue too, even after the "chat fixes" when chat was down for a bit or whatever before, thinking it was just my internet though as i got a new usb wifi adapter since then and it's been fixed for me.. so vysdel could be right on that part..
