i have a new faction and i have a maximum of 0 territories, what should i do?

First things first, you will want to try and find some members to help grow your faction. Then as you all grow, you can move into claiming territories, which will give you guys respect to further unlock specials/branches in your faction.
Here is a relatively easy guide to follow in terms of newb recruiting:

Running a faction, especially from the very beginning will be very grindy and may end up being costly to an extent.

If you plan to run a successful faction, I would get new members by creating a recruitment thread post and get new players in. Grow yourselves and then also get territories. It can be a lot of work, but it will be extremely satisfying as well.

^Check the looking for a faction thread, and peek at the end and see who you can potentially bring into your faction. And also obviously make one for yourself at some point.

xD just trying to be helpful! The question to me, was worded a bit... weird. So I tried to find several helpful bits of info :)
